These Terms govern your use of the ReplyPilot AI service and API. By using our plugin or API, you agree to comply with these conditions.
1. Service Description
ReplyPilot AI provides automated reply generation for supported WordPress platforms using AI. All replies are generated on our private AI server:

2. Usage Limitations
Each subscription plan includes specific limits:
- Free Plan: 10 replies/day, 300/month
- Pro Plan: 100 replies/day, 3,000/month
- Enterprise Plan: Custom usage agreements
Abuse, misuse, or circumvention of these limits may result in temporary suspension or permanent ban.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use ReplyPilot AI only for:
- Generating legitimate replies for WordPress comment and forum platforms
- Integrating AI responses via the plugin or API for your own website use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access backend source code
- Resell the service without explicit written permission
- Use the service to generate spam or harmful responses
- Use ReplyPilot for illegal, abusive, or spammy content.
- Reverse-engineer our API or bypass usage limits
4. API Key Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share it publicly. If you believe your API key has been compromised, contact us immediately.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide a high-availability service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance or server outages may occur periodically.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ReplyPilot AI for:
- Violating these Terms
- Abusive usage patterns
- Failure to comply with subscription or billing
7. Data Responsibility
- You retain ownership of your content.
- You confirm posted comments/posts may be processed by our AI.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
